What's the most useful tool in your workshop?

This was a question put to me some time ago by a good friend of mine.

Many will say socket set, screw driver, hammer etc, but stop and think about this one for a while.

Think outside the box, and one answer, you could be sitting on right now as you read this.

A comfortable chair!

Why you ask?

This facilitates the thought processes and allows you to think about the task in hand. How to approach the task, what tools / parts are required etc.

Too many people rush into a job, thinking it won't take long, and several hours later, they're in a bigger mess than ever.

With this in mind, I'm re-reading the workshop manual, creating a task list, and then starting after another coffee!

Procrastination is ...... if only I could remember!
